The other 8 rooms all have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and tasteful furnishings. On the rooftop terrace, there is a pool/large jacuzzi and several lounge beds. The business is currently open 8-9 months a year and generates a good turnover. With some marketing efforts, much more can be achieved. Ideal location for a couple to manage and enjoy the pleasures of Spanish life. Opportunity to take over bookings and booking pages. The occupancy is good but with the right efforts, it could be much higher. Occupancy 2023: 55%, 1200 nights, average price around € 100,- (open 8/9 months). Before Covid: 1700 nights on average.
